NAAutoparts.com wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, you may return it for a replacement or refund by following the procedure below.
NOTE:
Returned merchandise must be in saleable condition in the manufacturer's original packaging.
- No refund will be granted on any part that has been installed, modified or that is not in saleable condition in its original packaging.
- All authorized returns must be in their original condition, include all components, and cannot be disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation.
- Returns missing components will not be credited.
- We are not responsible for installation errors. or any labor expenses at any circumstances.
- We are not responsible for labor expenses, towing expenses, additional repair expenses or rental car expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation.
- Electrical items are not returnable, nor are special orders.
Return procedure:
- E-mail Customer Service: sales@naautoparts.com to obtain a RA Form.
- Fill out the "Return authorization form" and enclose it with the returned item. Wrap securely and address to APS Return Department, 2740 SW Martin Downs Blvd # 222 Palm City, FL 34990.
- Ship parcel via the US Postal Service..
- Returns sent COD or freight collect will not be accepted.
Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the part and after that promptly exchange the item or issue you a refund. We accept returns within 10 days of you receiving them. We reserve the right to charge a handling and restocking fee, usually 20 %. No warranties expressed or applied.
