NAautoparts.com ships Monday through Friday each week, excluding holidays. We use UPS und USPS. Your choices of available carrier and methods are indicated on our website when you place your order and will vary depending on the part. International Orders are shipped either USPS First Class International or USPS Priority Mail International. We reserve the right to use alternate carriers at our discretion without additional charge to the customer.
Orders that qualify for FREE SHIPPING may be shipped via UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail or the method of NAautoparts.com's choice. Customers are responsible for shipping charges for FREE SHIPPING products where the customer has requested a premium shipping method.
We ship within 1 – 2 business days after your order is received. Seller is not responsible for lost or damage during shipping.
Cancelled Orders
Customers may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment without penalty. However, customers are responsible for all shipping charges (outbound & return) for any orders cancelled after the order has been shipped.
Sales Taxes
We collect sales tax only on orders shipped to delivery addresses in the State of Florida.
International Sales
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all applicable taxes, duties or other fees are paid as required by their local laws. Depending on the shipping method selected, customs brokerage fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
